Valid Travel Documents

Always check all your travel documents allowance for your trip to avoid any inconvenience at departure. A valid passport is required when travelling internationally. We work hard to keep the information on this page up-to-date, but requirements vary per country and can change at any time for reasons beyond the control of NOMAD. It is the responsibility of the traveller to verify appropriate documentation. To obtain any required entry visas on time, please contact the local Embassy or Consulate of the country you will be visiting for details on any required visas.

Expiration: Many countries require that your passport be valid for 6 months beyond your dates of travel. If you are travelling on one of our tours, please ensure your passport meets these expiration requirements.

  • If for different reasons, the legal guardian is unable to pick up your teen on the day of return, we ask that you please inform the head office before the return date.
  • All the ID of the legal guardians will be checked on the day of return, before letting the teen leave with you. Thank you for making the work of the staff easier.
