The Ultimate Teen Travel Adventure — #1 in the UAE!

Before You Go

Our tours are tailored for teenagers aged 14 to 22 who have a positive outlook and show respect for others. We create age-appropriate groups for our programme departures to ensure the best possible experience for all participants.

Of course! Having international students in a travel group can enrich, educate, and make the experience more memorable for everyone involved.

Our programmes use English as the primary language of communication. When groups are composed of individuals from the same nationality, the language of that country is used.

All tours are open for booking until they are either fully booked or have departed.

Once you complete the enrolment form, you will receive a confirmation email as proof of your pre-registration. Shortly afterwards, you will be notified to pay the non-refundable deposit of AED 1000. A member of our enrolment team will then contact you to welcome you and address any additional queries you may have. As the tour approaches, you will receive more information on a dedicated page.

Absolutely! It is crucial to communicate openly with us in advance about any health concerns or medication needs to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. With proper planning and support, teenagers with health issues can fully take part in and benefit from these programmes.

Before departure, each participant and their parents will receive a detailed checklist of all required documents. Generally, you will need a valid passport (valid for at least six months after the return date), a copy of the EID if required by the destination country, parental authorisation to travel abroad (for minors under 18), a health and emergency form including any allergies, medical conditions, or medications, a copy of your travel insurance certificate, and a signed behaviour and safety agreement to confirm understanding of Nomad’s group rules.

We’ll send each traveller a comprehensive packing checklist customised for their destination and planned activities.

Safety & Health

Ensuring the safety of our travellers is our highest priority. We meticulously plan and develop itineraries, train staff, manage risks, and offer emotional support to our participants.

We invest significantly in extra personnel and protocols to respond promptly to any concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or to discuss particular situations.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards bias, mistreatment, and bullying on our tours. Our staff work diligently to foster an inclusive culture and a safe environment for all. They act immediately and take appropriate measures when necessary.

During the tour, our company conducts scheduled supervisory visits to each location to provide ongoing support to our field staff and ensure everything runs smoothly. This investment in personnel is unrivalled in teen travel and is a vital element in delivering consistent, high-quality programmes.

If any participant needs medical attention during our tour, we will immediately notify their parents and take them to the nearest clinic or hospital. After the medical appointment, we will keep the parents updated on any developments. If a participant cannot join the scheduled activities for the day due to a medical condition, our staff will stay with them until they feel better.

To reduce the emotional and financial stress that certain situations can cause, we highly recommend purchasing travel protection that includes trip cancellation and interruption cover, as well as medical and health insurance.

Our medical team is dedicated to managing medication and following up with our teenager.

It is recommended that all participants stay up to date with routine vaccinations. Consult your doctor about any extra precautions.

Life on Tour

The staff-to-participant ratio on the tour is 1:5. An extra local guide may join.

Our trips are organised for groups of up to 15 participants.

To ensure optimal social dynamics, we organise each tour into age-appropriate groups. Age groups are listed on each tour.

For specific highlights or adventure activities, we have local guides join us as needed.

All of our tours include free time. The success of these sessions largely depends on the maturity and independence of each participant, as well as the trust that leaders can instil.

We want everyone to feel at ease when joining our programmes and trying new things. If you're concerned about any activities, talk to us. We won't pressure you into anything you're not comfortable with.

Participants may bring their mobile phones so parents can call and message their children directly. You can also contact us, which acts as the official link between tours and parents. We are staffed every day during tours and have someone on call for after-hours emergencies, ready to assist you 24/7.

When you travel with us, we encourage you to immerse yourself in the local cuisine and culture fully. Keeping an open mind and being willing to try new things will improve your overall experience. Additionally, we guarantee that our travellers have access to clean water at all times throughout their journey.

We are happy to accommodate most special dietary requests. Please inform us of your needs in advance so we can respond accordingly.

Accommodation & Logistics

The type of accommodation can vary depending on the country, its facilities, and availability. We offer basic hostels or youth hostel accommodations.

Typically, each room accommodates 2 to 6 participants, each with their own bed, depending on the accommodation arrangements.

To give everyone a chance to make new friends and foster a sense of unity, we offer the option to choose your own roommates. Participants can request a change at any time. The decision of selecting roommates is entirely yours! Roommates will be automatically assigned based on gender accommodation.

Payment & Policies

All prices listed on our website and in print materials are shown in AED.

All payments must be made in full prior to departure, in a single installment. The payment confirms the participant's reservation, provided that the registration form has also been completed properly.

The balance must be paid in full and cannot be divided into instalments.

We only accept payment through our partner, Stripe, and Wio Bank.
