Our mission is straightforward: to provide teenagers aged 14–22 with a safe, structured, and unforgettable way to discover the world. We combine high standards of travel with strong educational values, experienced supervision, and a deep understanding of what teens truly need to flourish abroad.

Our Story

NOMAD | OUTDOOR DIVISION was founded on a simple yet profound belief: the world is the greatest playground. After years of travelling, guiding, and working with youth, our team united to craft experiences that go beyond the usual tourist route.

We design meaningful, educational journeys that encourage teenagers to think differently, foster global awareness, and develop through real-world experiences. Each journey is carefully crafted, tested, and led by passionate experts who believe in the transformative power of travel.

Mission

We aim to craft unforgettable experiences for teenagers, creating some of their best moments. We provide customised expeditions for high school students aged 14-17 and 18-22, bringing together young people from around the world for extraordinary adventures. Our focus is on fostering safe, enjoyable, and socially enriching environments that motivate teens to step out of their comfort zones, explore, build friendships, and develop. The best adventures occur in small groups of up to 15, emphasising community rather than mere travel. Participants feel part of a close-knit community, exploring alongside like-minded adventurers.
